Her expertise lies in designing processes and systems that not only illuminate opportunities but sustain long-term progress.
LaCole earned her Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon in 2014 and became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2014. Since then, she has brought her relentless curiosity to every engagement—helping organizations improve processes, strengthen decision-making, and strategically position themselves for the future.
