Lydia Killos earned her Ph.D. in Community Psychology from the University of Virginia, where she also served as an IES Fellow with the Department of Education. She is a proud SDP Cohort 10 alumna and is pleased to continue working with the SDP team to support our current fellows, technical and faculty advisors. Lydia served as Vice President of measurement and evaluation with Per Scholas, and currently works with agencies and schools in Chesapeake/ Hampton Roads, Virginia to improve student academic outcomes. Prior to this, Lydia designed and lead an internal research, measurement, and evaluation team with IDEA Public Schools. She lives in Charlottesville, VA.
